 The hotel is located next to the main pedestrian alley of the resort. It has been fully renovated in 2011 and offers a buffet-restaurant with sea view terrace, lobby bar, snack bar, outdoor pool with bar, kids’ pool, amphitheatrical animation scene and conference halls. There is a tennis court nearby the property. Sandy Beach Hotel has 13 single and 150 double rooms, comfortably furnished with air-conditioner, luxury linen, anatomic pillows, telephone, 26” LCD TV, mini bar. The reservation of hotel must be made through CME Ltd in order to take advantage of the reduced prices and the comfort of being accommodated in the place where conference is being held or in recommended hotel near the venue. Early hotel booking is recommended as the conference will take place in the beginning of the summer season at Bulgarian Black Sea coast. Rates are valid only if reservation and payment are made to CME Ltd. and not directly to hotels. The reservation is guaranteed by a full payment of the amount due for your entire booked stay by 22 April 2019. Any change of booking has to be sent to CME Ltd. and not directly to the hotel.
A confirmation letter and invoice(s) will be duly sent after receiving the respective payment(s).
Accommodation cancellation terms and conditions
Only written cancellations to CME Ltd. will be considered. ⇒ before 1 May 2019 – full reimbursement less the amount due for one night. The remaining amount will be refunded less bank charges. ⇒ after 1 May 2019 or no-show - no refunds will be made ⇒ Reducing the length of stay on-site is not accepted. Hotel check-in is 14:00 and check-out is 12.00. In case of early check-in we would kindly request you to pre-book your room to one night prior. STAY IN SOFIA
