Budget hotel - Olymp Hotel (3 stars)
Located at the beginning of Bansko, Olymp hotel might be your first encounter with the hospitality of the beautiful mountain town. Located in a quiet area, the hotel is only 5 minutes’ walk from the busy central area and the conference venue.
The hotel consists of two buildings connected with each other, including 30 double rooms, 4 apartments and 2 maisonettes. Each room comes with a flat-screen TV, a seating area and a minibar. The en-suite bathroom features a shower and free toiletries. Free wired internet access is available in all rooms.
AMENITIES: spa and fitness facilities, a sports centre with football and table tennis. 24-hour reception, safe deposit boxes, lobby bar, main restaurant, tavern, conference hall, free parking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is highly recommended to book accommodation in Grand Hotel Bansko – conference venue - through the conference registration system so that you can have the organized lunches with all colleagues.
The reservation of hotel must be made through CME Ltd in order to take advantage of the reduced prices and the comfort of being accommodated in the place where conference is being held. Any change of booking has to be sent to CME Ltd. and not directly to the hotel.
The reservation is guaranteed by a prepayment of 50% of the amount due for your entire booked stay by 31 May 2017. After this date no availability of rooms in the conference venue hotel is guaranteed.
The outstanding balance should be settled not later than 10 September 2017.
A confirmation letter and invoice(s) will be duly sent after receiving the respective payment(s).
Cancellation policy
Only written cancellation will be considered. Please note that the cancellation policy is as follows:
- The amount of 1 night's stay will be kept for cancellations received before 10 September 2017. The remaining amount will be refunded less bank charges.
- No refund for cancellations as from 10 September 2017 or for no-show.
- Reducing the length of stay on-site is not accepted.
